Dine at Chinois ("Chinese in French"), an eclectic blend of Asian and French cuisine, for traditional Hong Kong and Cantonese-style dishes.

Executive chef Joseph Bennett and corporate chef and partner David Robins offer an array of traditional dishes. Designed by Barbara Lazaroff, Chinois is feast for the eyes as well as for the palette. Rare artifacts from around the globe are installed throughout the two-level restaurant, with Zen-like rock garden, water fountain, and yin-and-yang motif highlighting the overall decor.
